Born 21 November 1970 .
In 1987 finished secondary school N 4. In
1992 graduated Azerbaijan Technological Institute (faculty
of mechanics), in 1998 - Azerbaijan Agricultural Academy (faculty
of economics).
From 1992 to 2000 worked in the bank sphere.
From 2000 to 2001 worked in the Internet Service Provider
"Ganca.Net". One of the founders of the Non-Government Organization
"Association of Internet Users".
Lives and works in Moscow since 2001.
Since March 2003 finances all expences for hosting, maintaining
and updating of this site.
Married, two sons.
